Employees may advocate for or against the millage and express their personal views
on their own personal time. |
Employees may not advocate for or against the millage during working hours. |
Employees may produce and disseminate factual information concerning issues relevant
to the function of the College at any time. |
Employees may not wear clothing and/or buttons, or post advocacy information on OCC
property during working hours. |
Employees may use their own personal resources to advocate for or against the millage
outside of their working hours. |
Employees may not use College resources (computers, email, supplies, equipment, social
media accounts) to advocate for or against the millage. |
Employees may add tag lines to College emails containing only factual information.

Employees may not add tag lines to College emails advocating for or against the millage. |
Employees may support the millage on their own personal time their own personal time
through a committee established by external supporters of the College. |
Employees may not participate in any activity of a committee established by external
supporters or opponents of the millage during working hours. |
