Anxiety Disorder-Awareness and Practical Solutions

This course will teach students what anxiety disorder is and the different types. They will also learn what some of the causes and risk factors are and how to recognize the symptoms. Lastly, they will learn simple ways to modify behaviors that will help improve anxiety disorder. Topics covered in class are: Different Types of Anxiety Disorders, Anxiety Disorder Symptoms, Causes and Risk Factors of Anxiety Disorders, Diagnosing Anxiety Disorder, Managing Anxiety Disorder Symptoms.  


Understanding & Treating Obsessive-Compulsion (OCD) Naturally
