That’s why we offer multiple courses providing students with knowledge and skills in a varietyof topics, including mental health and emotional health, nutrition, physical fitness routines, weight management, stress relief,aging and so much more.

Weight Management - Taking a Load Off

This course will teach students how take the focus off weight loss and putting the focus back on being healthy. They will also learn how to create personalized menu plans, practical exercise and physical fitness routines and vitamins and supplements that support the body for weight management. Topics covered in class are: Food Triggers, What’s on the Menu, Natural Supplements for Weight Health, Eating and Exercise, Emotional Eating–Are You Really Hungry?

Anti-Aging: Living Healthier and Longer

This course will teach students the process of physical and mental aging.  They will learn certain problems associated with aging, as well as food, herbs, vitamins and minerals that support the body’s physical and mental longevity. Topics covered in class are: Anti-Aging & Diets, Renewing Cells with Super Greens and Supplement’s, Amazing Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, Anti-Aging & Healthy Skin Care, and Anti-Aging Brain Health.

Naturally Treating Mental Health and Depression 

This course will teach students how to identify some of the common causes of depression and learn more about mental health. They will also learn how to remove unwanted life stressors, understand anxiety and how to recognize the signs of mental burn-out.  Topics covered in class are: identifying our stressors, how to control your thoughts, healthy brain foods, what is anxiety, knowing when to get help.
