Bus Information

Need a lift to campus? Commuting to campus just got easier with SMART bus rides now being offered FREE for OCC students with a valid student ID.

Simply show your OCC One Card when boarding any SMART fixed-route bus and ride at no cost. Flex Zones are not included. 

 

Plan Your Trip

When planning your trip, make sure to allow for travel time when using buses to one of OCC's campuses. Always be sure to check your routes and understand your transfer options. The checklist below provides links to resources to help you plan your trip.

 

1. Get the OCC One Card 

All OCC students require a valid student ID to use SMART bus routes. Getting your student ID is quick, easy and free. Get started with your One Card here.

2. Download the Transit App

Download the free Transit app for real-time arrival information, route maps, complete timetables, stop locations, and general trip planning.

3. Find Schedules for Your Route

You can use the SMART bus website to easily find schedules for each route.

4. Learn More About SMART Flex

Learn more about the SMART Flex program and routes. As a reminder, SMART Flex Zones are not included in free OCC student transportation.

  • 790 Pontiac Crosstown
  • Pontiac/Auburn Hills Flex Zone (not free)

There are currently no direct routes to this campus.

Western Oakland Transportation Authority (WOTA) serves this area on a first-come, first-served basis (if eligible).
