Call for Submissions

The 3rd Annual Oakland Community College Theatre Program - New Works/New Playwrights Festival is now accepting submissions of Full-Length, One Act and Short plays to be given a Staged Reading during the 2 day New Playwrights Festival in April 2014 (exact date TBA).

"fair is foul and foul is fair." Set in medieval Scotland and partly based on a true historical account, Macbeth charts the bloody rise to power and tragic downfall of the warrior Macbeth. One of Shakespeare's finest works.

General Admission is $10.00; students and seniors (60+) is $5.

Tickets may be purchased at the Orchard Ridge Raiders Store or at the Smith Theatre Box Office on the night of the performance.  Tickets may also be reserved in advance by calling 248.522.3666.

In this exciting program you can:

  • Earn an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in THEATRE
