“Our restaurants and culinary events are very popular with our community, but they also provide a perfect training ground for our culinary students in all aspects of food service and event planning,” said Julie Selonke, program coordinator for the OCC Culinary Studies Institute.
Purchase fresh baked goods from our bakery counter. We have a great selection of beautiful breads, pies, Danish pastries, cookies, and more. All are made in-house by our baking program students. Open during FALL SEMESTERS at Dinner Events and Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM from 9/5/23 to 10/9/23
At our café, culinary students prepare items from scratch. Entrees are between $8 and $12 and include a well-balanced meal. Open Mondays and Tuesdays from 9/5/23 to 10/9/23 in our beautiful 4th floor restaurant space. Reservations required
