Restaurants

Oakland Community College offers an array of cuisine options, open to both employees and students as well as the general public. Menu items include fresh food prepared by OCC culinary students. Dine with us to experience the delicious and varied flavors of tomorrow's most sought-after chefs!

“Our restaurants and culinary events are very popular with our community, but they also provide a perfect training ground for our culinary students in all aspects of food service and event planning,” said Julie Selonke, program coordinator for the OCC Culinary Studies Institute.

Seasoned Oak Cafe

At our café, culinary students prepare items from scratch. Entrees are between $8 and $12 and include a well-balanced meal. Open Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9/2/25 - 10/8/25 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. in our beautiful 3rd floor restaurant space. Reservations required

Seasoned Oak Restaurant

Patrons may select one of three entrees from our prix fixe menu which can be paired with a glass of wine or beer. Open Wednesdays from 10/15/25 - 12/3/25 in our beautiful 3rd floor restaurant space. Reservations required.

Sweet Oak

Stop in and enjoy an ever-changing selection of grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items, all inspired and prepared at OCC. Located inside the 1st floor of the Culinary Studies Institute. Open to students, staff, and the general public Monday - Thursday (during the academic year) - 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
