OCC’s Office of the Registrar provides services and information to students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Our main responsibilities include registration, grade processing, graduation and diplomas, transcript processing, transfer credit processing, verification responses, and custodianship of student records in compliance with federal requirements through the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
