Management Development Degree with Hospitality Track

This program, leading to an Associate in Applied Science Degree, is designed to develop skills and knowledge essential for employment in the hospitality industry including food and beverage operations, guest services, sales and event planning. The program provides courses in sanitation certification, wine and spirits, front office operations, event planning, financial analysis and leadership management.

Our Front House Competition Team has earned over 10 first place medals at state level, and four first place medals, one second place medal and two third place medals at a national level in the past 11 years.

Student Orientation

Students who want to take the next step in exploring their culinary career, attend one of the orientation sessions below. 

Students are required to attend an informal culinary orientation to learn about the program requirements and scheduling prior to taking CUL-1011. The session lasts for approximately 1 hour. CUL-1010 may be taken before Orientation.
