All special events that take place in the Culinary Studies Institute are a means to provide a "real" hands-on learning experience for our students in training!
Our seasoned students in "Events & Catering" are applying their newly attained skills to plan, organize, and execute themed events. They are managers leading our student volunteers in assigned tasks such as banquet service, bartending, décor, and clean up.
Students in "Buffet & Banquets" are planning and preparing the exciting menus for banquet and buffet style service, a very different experience than our restaurants. Their challenge is to execute the beautiful and delicious plates they imagined for our guests.
"Bakery Merchandising" students are creating special bakery treats for you to take home and enjoy!
