OCC 2018 Summer Registration Now Open
OAKLAND COUNTY, Michigan - March 16, 2018 -- Spring and summer are an ideal time to take advantage of local college credits and get ahead. With the largest transfer rate in Michigan, many students choose Oakland Community College as a place to get started or pick up extra credits and fast track towards a degree.
OCC is an open-admission institution and there is no charge to apply. To help students succeed, educational counselors are available at each of the College's five campuses. For students who are home for the summer and looking to raise their grade or pick up extra classes, it is important to check with their home institution to get a Michigan uniform undergraduate guest application to ensure ease of credit transfer.
Registration for summer classes is open!
Students may register for classes online or in person. OCC's schedule of classes are posted online for more information. The first summer semester runs from May 7 – June 27; second semester in session July 2 – August 22, 2018.
With more than 100 degree and certificate programs, OCC maintains a low tuition rate for high-quality education – one of the lowest rates in Michigan at 25- to 50-percent lower cost to similar public or private higher education institutions. This puts quality college education within reach. OCC also provides financial aid and scholarships for eligible students.
