Program Outcomes

Program outcomes represent broad areas of knowledge and skills developed over the duration
of the program through a wide range of courses and experiences. These learning outcomes
represent what a student should be able to know, think, or do upon successful completion of
their program at Oakland Community College.

• Students will demonstrate competency in didactic information provided in the courses
• Student will demonstrate competency in the performance of psychomotor skills associated with the national paramedic curriculum.
• Students will demonstrate proper affective behaviors throughout the paramedic program.
• Students will demonstrate the ability to synthesize information and data in drawing conclusions and solving problems
