Program Outcomes

Program outcomes represent broad areas of knowledge and skills developed over the duration of the program through a wide range of courses and experiences. These learning outcomes represent what a student should be able to know, think, or do upon successful completion of their program at Oakland Community College.

  • The student will demonstrate skills that are fundamental in understanding design in two- and three-dimensional aspects.
  • The students will develop aesthetic awareness and enhanced observational skills through analyzing art in the context of culture, history and production as well as the formal elements and principles.
  • Student will analyze the relationship between form and content.
