Vital Few Objectives & Initiatives

In order to meet our Mission, Values and Vision, the College has developed Vital Few Objectives (VFOs).  Similar to goals, VFOs are intended to provide measureable outcomes to demonstrate what success will look like in becoming the College of Choice, Partner of Choice, and Employer of Choice.  In addition, the College has developed one-year change initiatives to further our mission, values and vision.
