Employment Verifications (current or former employees)

Processing employment verifications can take up to two (2) business days. Sending verifications to any number or email address but the ones listed below can result in delays in verification.
The Human Resources Department will respond in writing only to employment verifications or reference checks that are submitted in writing. Responses will confirm dates of employment, wage rates, and position(s) held. A written authorization and release form signed by the individual who is the subject of the inquiry is required if you are requesting salary or performance information. Please send written requests to email@example.com.
The Human Resources Department will provide verbal verifications via telephone inquiries; however, the information provided will be restricted to current employment status (full-time/part-time), title and start date. For verbal verifications, call 248.341.2022. Be sure to spell the first and last names of the individual you are inquiring about.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Complete only the first page (sections 1 & 2) of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Certification & Application form, including signature at the bottom; this acts as your authorization for us to complete the form, and send to us. We will return this to you with the second page (sections 3 & 4) completed. We typically complete employment verifications within two business days.
Please note: Digital signatures must be hand-drawn (from a signature pad, mouse, finger, or by taking a picture of a signature drawn on a piece of paper that you then scan and embed on the signature line of the PSLF form) to be accepted. Typed signatures, even if made to mimic a hand-drawn signature, or security certificated-based signatures are not accepted.
Once completed, you will receive a separate, secure message from firstname.lastname@example.org containing your completed PSLF/TEPSLF employment verification form. You will need to send this document to your loan provider. If you do not receive your secure email with your completed documentation, please check your spam/junk folders.
