STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
I hereby acknowledge and commit to the following requirements if I am selected as a participant in the Dinner and a Degree program:

Required Attendance: I understand that consistent attendance is integral to the learning experience and my academic success in this program. Therefore, I commit to in-person attendance every Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. for the duration of the program.

Communication: I commit to maintaining open communication with faculty regarding any circumstances that may affect my attendance. Furthermore, I commit to notifying the faculty in advance of any planned absences and proactively working with them to submit required assignments and develop a plan to make up for any missed class time.
