OCC Foundation

The Oakland Community College Foundation serves as an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our mission is to improve equitable access to a quality education by connecting student and program needs to philanthropic support.

To accomplish this, we collaborate with the College to identify needs of our students and academic programs. To address these needs, we work in close partnership with a dedicated community of generous supporters to establish and sustain funding for scholarships and academic initiatives.

Established in 1979, the Foundation accepts both unrestricted contributions and those designed for specific purposes, such as student scholarships, non-emergency financial student support, program and project funds, and more.
