  • Restricted to Madonna University Dietitians only - Textbook with exam must be purchased before class and reviewed prior to class start date. Recertification designed for employees, owners and managers of food service establishments, this course will prepare you for final examinations administered by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.  

Upon successful completion of the program and exam (taken in class) the certified individual will be qualified to:

  • Train personnel in sanitation techniques, food borne illness, safety, personal hygiene, Inspections
  • Communicate with representatives of the health departments
  • Recognize sanitation deficiencies and initiate improvement
