This course is designed for employees, owners and managers of food service establishments. This course will prepare you for final examinations administered by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Upon successful completion of the program and exam; which is taken online in class (computers provided), the certified individual will be qualified to train personnel in sanitation techniques, food borne illnesses, safety, personal hygiene, inspections, and be able to communicate with representatives of the health departments, and recognize sanitation deficiencies and initiate improvements.
